What’s Included:

Complimentary consultation. This is a free 45 initial consultation where I will explain my services to you, answer any questions you/your birth support people may have and where we have the opportunity to get to know one another to establish whether we are right fit.

2 pre-natal visits (Each visit approx 2hrs long). I will usually come to your home for these visits at a time that works for you (partners, birth support people & children encouraged). Together we will explore things such as your previous birth experiences, your hopes for your upcoming birth, your birth preferences, fear releasing techniques, postpartum planning for the 4th Trimester and will provide unbiased education to support your journey. I will also support you to create a birth plan that aligns with your hopes and preferences, so that these wishes are communicated with your support team/medical providers.

Birth support (on call from 38 weeks in pregnancy until baby is born, support you through labour once labour is established). How I support you through birth is completely individualised to suit your needs and desires. Whether you are birthing at home, at hospital or at your local birth centre  - I will be there. Ways that I can support you through birth include (but are not limited to) the following: setting up your calming birth space, guided visualization/meditations, aromatherapy, supporting you change positions for an active birth, acupressure, massage and affirmations that bring you back to your innate power, while simultaneously holding a safe space for you to birth your baby. I will also support you as needed for the first initial hours of Postpartum - whether that be with establishing breastfeeding, nourishing you with food or anything else you may need to help you feel ready for your first night with baby.

4 post-partum visits (Each visit approx 2hrs long). Your first postpartum (PP) visit will take place soon after birth, while the remaining 3 x visits can be used at any time in your first 6 weeks after birth. Each PP visit is so unique and will be shaped completely around your needs. Ways that I can support you through postpartum include (but are not limited to) the following: cooking meals in your home, supporting your other children, tending to some household demands, support with breastfeeding, holding space for you to share what’s on your heart, offering you the opportunity to debrief your birth and providing ceremony for the initiation you have embarked.
