Yoga has the ability to transform our state of being, to invite us to connect with our senses while simultaneously bringing our nervous system back to its natural rhythm


I view yoga as a healing modality to be used by those who are craving to unlock internal landscapes and states that they know to be possible… A tool that takes us only as deep as we are ready for. I view yoga as a way to make poetry with our body and to bring us closer to the homeostasis we seek.

The way I share the art of yoga is always intuitive to meet YOU exactly where you are at in the very moment we practice and journey together. It is my honour to both create and hold a safe container for you to explore the natural unfolding of sensation that arises within each movement, each hold and each breath.

Our body is an alchemical vessel that is patiently waiting for our deep rooted presence for us to truly experience the power and potential we behold. It is my undeniable privilege to be able to guide others to experience these landscapes of their own inner alchemy.

I’ve personally explored the many traditions and teachings of yoga since the young age of 15 years old… While I began my teaching journey in the year of 2017 after completing my first 200hr training in the Motherland (aka the heart of yoga itself), Rishikesh in India. It was my passion-filled experience in India that ignited the life-long love affair I now have for yoga and it’s many facets. I bring my experience as a student and my knowledge as a teacher to every creation I make and every interaction I participate, because the embodiment of this sacred practice in my daily life is a commitment I will forever vow myself to.

I look forward to guiding you on your own unique journey and relationship with the practice of yoga. I cannot wait to meet you with the same humility, honour and heart that my facilitators have met me with over the years.

Private & Small Group Classes


Private yoga classes, whether they be 1:1 or within a small group, are ideal for anyone who may crave closer attention, connection and/or unique guidance. A private setting may be ideal if you are new to yoga, have special health concerns, seek to refine your practice, have an event in mind or simply prefer the luxury of having a class completely tailored to the unique needs of your mind/body.
